Our Amazing Team

At any given time Team Syncrony comprises of about twenty skilled individuals, each one with specific skills that are woven into our delivery machine. We are in some ways similar to a team of pilots flying in formation.

Our delivery engine is divided into three groups.

• Online Stores, Websites and Marketing
• Custom Microsoft Projects
• Hosting and Admin Services 

We use Slack to talk internally and the best part of our day starts with our #MorningCoffee channel, when everyone chimes in with good morning greetings. Usually kicking off by 05:30, with one of our Brendan's (yes we have two!) chiming in with a cheery 'Morrows everyone'.

Online Stores, Websites and Marketing

This group handles online stores, mainly in the Magento - Adobe Commerce space, with experience on other platforms which include Shopify, Big Commerce and ECWID.

Members of the group include:

• 2 specialist front-end developers skilled in Magento online shops
• 2 specialist back-end developers who code Magento extensions and enhanced functionality
• a full-time SEO and Google AdWords & Google Shopping guru
• a full-time graphic designer who holds a Masters in design
• a product specialist
• a online sales strategy specialist 

Custom Microsoft Projects

Our Microsoft group comprises of three developers, who are lead by an experienced solutions architect that has 30+ years of custom development experience.
